Achievement "Do you want to build a snowman?"

With new clan in game add map permafrost, but I try 2 times and nobody build a snowman. Is this working now or this is impossible achievement?

Well, the achievement does say "During the Winter Festival event" Meaning it has to be the winter festival Event, Which is in December I believe An Achievement guide also says

"Method:
There is a temporary event during December that calls Northgard Winter Festival that unlocks a several things, like a map called permafrost and a new new event called frozen sea, only on that map do villagers make the snowman.
Having a villager in an empty tile (no houses or food buildings) will NOT mark them as idle because they're making a snowman, just make one snowman to complete the achievement."

So map and event added in last patch. And It's not working. In December wasn't any patches and any events. Consequently, this achiev must work now, but villagers don't build a snowman
