Does this game have LAN Multiplayer, or player hosted servers?

I host a LAN with up to 15 people in an location with really bad internet

Everyone can connect to Steam perfectly fine - but any game that has online-only servers (cloud servers) has terrible lag spikes.

Does this game support local P2P LAN Multiplayer? or even better, dedicated servers?

If not then I cant really recommend it to my LAN attendees, and will keep looking for other games to play at the events
