In terms of the missions, yes i also agree, me and my wife has been going through Conquest alot, and some missions are just full stops unless you cheese them ina way the game isnt meant to be played. The dwarf one comes to mind, you have to literally kite enemies around a tower because there is no way you will have enough troops if you have bad RNG tiles.
If there is a "build wonder" mission, you have a 50/50 chance it doesnt break, otherwise its a full restart of the entire conquest. We had this happen 3 times, same mission.
The AI also completely breaks and lets the wildlife demolish them while they jjst watch. Then theres games where the AI,on normal, is just ruthless and keeps coming with troops there is NO WAY they should be able to afford that early. I know they cheat, but come on...
I have faith in them fixing these as they keep posting about it, good, just waiting for the game to be 99% playable, a few bugs here and there are fine. Right now tho...NO reason to play, its all over the place. We dont touch PVP so i dont care about that,at all.
The dwarf mission definitely needs a nerf. I succesfully completed it for the first time a few days ago, with about 1 month leftover till the time limit. I was stacked with conquest buffs, playing on normal difficulty, and I knew how to play it because of past attempts, and even then I almost lost. It felt like I was playing extreme rather than normal.
