ch 6 not finishable

Hi,
I'm stuck in the Northgard Rig campaign, ch6. I understood that it used to be completed with mercenaries in order to decolonize the town center, but you can't do it anymore now. However, I can't invade from land either : the enemy territory is blurry, except the town center but I can't access it from land and I can't right click my units so they invade the enemy territory... I just can't complete this chapter ! Is it a bug or is there a way to send soldiers other than raid mercenaries ??

You have to upgrade your Scout camp so you can scout their territory.
