How to play Stoat right?
Stoat is obviously based on Lion, but I'm having difficulties to get how this dutchy, levies, domain or war lord system works.

I was just playing the conquest where there's more diseases, more attacks and similar stuff. While playing Lion, this was not that hard, I don't get on the right foot with Stoat, because I don't really understand how to use their strenghts.

When do I chose which fort upgrade type and how do I use the weird levies right (or at all)?

My first move with them is to focus on food duchy, first lore take the economic one to have 6 villagers at work for food. Then use levy on food each time you can. Be careful duchies need gold, so don't wait too mutch to build gold buildings.
Second lore defense, to allow your lord attack neutral territories. You can kill 2 wolves with a lord, or if there are 3 kill one, go heal back then finish the two others.
The military path i prefer defense, very useful with the lords.
Don't forget warlords (and your warchief) are stronger with your base military units (max 6), and your warlords can join your army.

To max levy, try to specialize each zone, the more you earn each ressources, the fast you can use levy.

Stoat is very complex, you need to practice it a lot compared to other clans in order to play good.

Yeah, the problem most of the time is, that I suffer the penalities of the dutchies, but don't know how to (really) benefit from it.

For example, I wonder, if it makes sense to put a mart or an anchorage inside a dutchy at all?
