Regarding the fix / our recommendation for now

After a lot of complication and multiple attempt, the patch that was supposed to happen today has to be postponed until early next week
For the incoming week end, I’m posting again our recommendation :

If you have no audio → The problem is linked to OpenGL, you can always switch to DirectX if possible.

To avoid the freeze/crash on relic → This will occur if you have both the Terrain Blending & Dynamic Grass options in the settings turned off. You can prevent the crash for now by turning one of the two on

For the Lobby Finder → While it is still working, a lot of issues might emerge. We recommend staying in custom lobby for the weekend, if possible in Peer to peer as well

My victory numbers have changed → You can you can reach out to Shiro at [e-mail] with those elements:
The stats_XXXXX.sav file located in Steam\steamapps\common\Northgard\save
Screenshots of your profile showing all the clans
The stats that where there for each clan (or a close approximation)

Here an example of what to send in the email :

Please find below the stats I should have for this clan
(please do not list any clans that already have the correct value)

Wolf 50 win 75 played
Boar 13 win 45 played
Kraken 150 win 178 played
etc...

This is not hurry but what about the two achievments that don't work? 'Knowledge is power' and 'call of the wild'?

I think a good solution is to release dlc / updates on a Monday so you guys have time to fix the bugs and crashes. Baffles my mind when companies release updates near the end of the week and then are unable to fix their games before they go home.

If you want to release it for the weekend, have a small team that are able to fix things on standby that weekend?

This isn't the worst example for this happening but its pretty bad.

They wanted to give us a gift as many ppl wanted the clan of the owl the sooner as possible. So some bugs should have stayed.

Before I never saw the option to choose OpenGl or DirectX, now it appears and when I click play, no matter what I choose, the game does not start.

Why don't you give the option to downgrade to the previous version, at least we could play.

The Audio problem is not solely linked to OpenGL, since it does not work with DirectX either, but the game wont even launch now, so.

I think call of the wild words Fine but yes alot of people are complaining about Knowledge is power and would like some confirmation

I've just done two normal match, without beeing in conquest mode, nothing happened.

Really strange the call of the wild is for building Owl clans relic, I got it the moment i built it so not sure what your doing wrong

Any way to downgrade to the version before owl? On mac. DirectX doesn't work either.

That is no issue anymore, we just pushed the fix and the Open GL should work like it always has!

I noticed in todays mini patch you mentioned that you fixed Knowledge is power achievement.

Can you confirm iif its a owl only achievement as I did this on the rat conquest

Does this mean we have to be Extremely, lucky in getting The Rats first conquest map on owl in order to get this achievement? If so that is VERY frustrating.
