Can not connect for Multiplayer

Hi
i was in a lobby for an online game when suddenly the game froze. I alt+f4 out, opened the game again and now i cannot connect to the game servers anymore. Multiplayer option in the menu is grayed out. How can i fix this ?

1000 in game does not necessarily mean they are playing online. It just means that 1000 people have the game open. More than likely the active 1000 players are playing single player/offline

This used to be my favorite game but they keep breaking it!!

Same for me. Game tells that there is no internet connection (multiplayer option is dimmed and disabled), although other internet features on a computer are perfectly fine and stable.

Thank you for the Christmas gift: No servers! "No Audio in the whole game" took them 8 days to fix, I wonder if we can play Northgard this year again....
