Force Raven Clan to surrender?

Act 4
I have achieved trade victory. 12 merchannts and 6 active sailors.
When the game ended in victory I noticed the "Force Raven Clan objective was not satisfied.
What must I do? Is this a bug?

IIRC, forcing them to surrender means beating the Raven clan via military victory.

Act 4 is about not using military force. Trade victory is the goal...Very confusing...

Remember there is a reason they don't show you the secret objectives until you beat it once.

Yeah. A lot of the secret objectives are about beating missions in different, often unorthodox or sub-optimal, ways. That's honestly part of the fun.

The goat clan leader even said in the story that it was nice to win a battle without using physical might was favorable. Now I have to play it again just to defeat Raven with military?

If you let Raven clan get really close to winning, you will trigger a cut scene with a dialogue that tells you that the only chance left to win will be to use force. So if you like to roleplay, that works.
