And how does the clan work? I have big problems to find a reasonable way to play with it. Every other clan attacks you early and wipes the floor with you in multiplayer. Cooking doesn't work properly either, as there is rarely enough food available due to poor synergies.
And you can have more than 1 Food going (as long as it different type)
This takes Food management to a whole different level
stockpile is a free +10 food which is pretty gud
but you gotta play smart to get the 1000 food banked in the first place
in the 2 months before winter, pull ALL vills onto food. then during winter, move em off to other stuff. dont build sht unless u absolutely have to in those 2 months as well.
they are pretty macro heavy as they have weak military but insane eco boom potential. but yea very hard to survive early timing attacks in current meta.. if i figure out a build order which can do it i'll let you know ;D
thanks bud, you have the true spirit of a squirrel :)
- Your Warchef is free, so you do not have to expend 150g + 5iron, and you do not need to make 1-2 warrior early game to clear thus saving 30-66 extra gold (or call your teammate to clear your side).
- With economics lore, the basic food gives you a whooping 46.2 krown per month (3 from food, 4 from economics, +10% from passive)
- Having a chef and making food grants happiness, which means you will likely have enough population to get loads of warriors
This way, having only 2 sailors, you can easily farm around 800-1k krown by the second winter (not kidding), and rush unexpecting enemies with around 12 dudes + wchief. I personally like to take military strategy as lore and send 4 of each warrior class, so this bonus offsets not having weaponsmith
A fun tactic to pick unexpecting foes :D
if u send 4 of each warrior class, you can't upgrade all with iron though by 802, only 1.
So the resources normally spent on 1 mine, 1 forge, + 10 iron, 50 gold and some months of work are instead focusing on gathering more food and gold to allow a bigger, balanced, army.
would like to see some replays of how it fares vs typical timing pushes with upgraded military ;)
