i cant do this achievement, the game tells me that i can only have 2 sheepfolds, how can i build a third one? or i have to take the third one by conquer a tile of an enemy that alrdy have a sheepfold and repair it?

I'd wait, looks like they might revert the update to goat clan. It's absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and Jay from shiro needs to stress this to the dev team, which appears not to care about the community. They should take a look at how Escape From Tarkov balances their game, they ask the community constantly for how they can improve and than they implement the changes. Shrio Games just says ♥♥♥♥ it and throws out very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ updates with no consulting the existing playerbase. It's as if they're trying to kill the game.

You can either do it with a friend in co-op. Both players as Goat and he builds one and gives the tile to you afterwards, or you can play against the AI and conquer their sheepfold.

Since difficaulty doesn't matter this should be pretty easily achievable.

Maybe you can play against a goat AI and steal his land with a sheepfold on it?

@Pvtoneill I think they do listen very well, a lot of the changes seem to be from community demand. I think they may well turn this one back if people don't like it in the longer run.

Why not fix the clan you broke instead of changing the acheivement?
