Multiple "Altar of Kings"

Hey, as far as im concerned you are not supposed to buy or have multiple of this. Yet if you trade over an existing one to a friend or let it be captured by hostile NPCs, you can build another one and just get the old one back by retrading / reconquering the tile with the first one.
We just played a game with someone getting 3 of those, which means his economy was basically unbeatable, with passively going for lore and fame victory. It didnt help that he was playing Ox (Ox bashing is a trend at the moment i noticed, but I think they are honestly just overtuned) and gaining even more lore and fame by just having a huge army.
I dont say he played bad, just pointing out you should only have one altair's effect active when owning multiple ones.

I don't remember being able to build another Altar of Kings after having traded one away to my friend. Don't quote me on that though.
