Northgard, can't colonize places - chapter 5 (Punitive Expedition) Resolved

I was playing with Egil, was trying to colonize place that I kill the monster/creatures, like wolf or bear places, but the game just show me message into button "can't colonize" (...its not exploited), I tryed a lot things, low my resolution (my main is 2560x1080 - Ultrawide), swap monitor (I used 3), verify my files, restart pc, reinstall the game or just DLC(1 Gb only).. I only can fix it when I swap to my other pc, I dont really know whats happen, but it works (its a 16:9 with up to 4k & 60hz capable), after finish from this, I back to my first pc, to test, and this worked too.

I created the post to, maybe, help who get this same bug, because I can find any about, almost the part I was thinking that was about dificult's level, but its not, because I could do that before loading my save game.

Anyway, u can see my PC's setting through profile.

Is this bug back? I ran into it on my first time playing Chapter 5. Version 2.8.31.26467.

Did you try reinstall and check updates for everything?

I am having the same issue. it's a really weird chapter in that you can't build buildings. it is impossible to attack all but one outpost because i can't reach them with my borders. alll swamp tiles are uncolonizable. this is kinda frustrating

Huh, I thought the swamps were not colonizeable because of the scenario - didn't know it was a bug. I just cleared them then retreated back home to heal, then moved past them to the next tile beyond them - they made a kind of navigation pain because I kept having to "attack" them to move through them on my way back and forth between healing at home and attacking the enemy past them, but oh well.
I just thought it was supposed to be a lesson about how you don't actually need to conquer and control everything if you have a focused goal -- like in this case the scenario ends in victory if you can focus fire on the one and only essential target unit.

OW, great you are able to find a way, despite the bug.
