Basically keep building houses so the max pop is never reached at any point during a game.
Would appreciate any notes if/when you get it. I have quite hard time during any game and often hit the population cap. I'm thinking it has a lot to do with my first choice of clan for this game - the Boar clan as their population cap is not entirely dependand on houses, but also on captured tiles. And my mindset just keeps returning to that, i guess.
Also - as I was reading the description, I keep wondering, if it counts only as clan of Ox achievement, or it can be done with any other clan. Can anyone confirm to get it with some other clan?
In a discussion with my friend yesterday, he had an interesting idea to try this with the Dragon clan, cause you can sacrifice villagers if you look like you might hit the population cap. I thought it was pretty cheeky idea :D :P
Hans Brotmeister: Congrats. Thanks for the tactics :).
Hehe, thanks. :-D Now that I think about it again, I DID build a brewery. I never used it but I kept it as an emergency backup in case happiness dropped too low and I needed more people.
