As for a solution a Marketplace would be your best bet in the situation you are currently in. You can buy stone at a fairly steep price but this will fix your issue. You can half the price of Marketplace items by taking the lore Negotiation which is found in the the lowest part of the tree on the right. Although I would advise the lower method mentioned in this post.
As for future advise, Carpentry Mastery is an ideal lore to take and it saves you a bit on materials. It's quite a strong lore for eco growth. I tend to upgrade the Scout Camp and maybe a Wood Cutter's lodge (Ideally 1 in a forest tile). That should leave you with 14 stone if you have Carpentry Mastery.
Please, do what you said you would do, and leave this game. Let the ones who actually care to have discussion and promote something good to do just that. Your "holier than thou" mentality is toxic.
ON TOPIC: Marketplace is your best friend. It allows you to spend Krowns for resources, including stone.
