Coop Conquest bonuses

Coop Conquest with a friend is a fun change up. One of the great things about Conquest is trying for fun synergies with the bonuses but when you play coop you have to compete with your ally for the bonus. Very occasionally you get lucky and get 2 fun ones but usually 1 is useless to your play style and you just hope one of the other 2 isn’t meh.

Could we please have our bonuses independent from our coop partner or at least add a fourth pick(in coop) so we have a slightly better chance of getting something fun.

I have been playing this with my partner again recently. We only ever play Northgard this way in conquest and it is one of the most fun things we do.
But this one issue, which is exasperated much more if one of us picks a Neustrian clan (eg. Lion) and other picks ‘Northgardian’ clan (eg. Stag), is putting a real dampener on this aspect of the game, still after all these years. Would love to know if this is a limitation that cannot be overcome or if it’s simply not appealing to the devs.
Maybe I have just missed comms from them and/or the community regarding this.
