I think the conversation in the trailer hints strongly at Amanda. It feels like a situation in which Weyland Yutani will blame her for the loss of Sevastopol and to prevent that she's forced to help retrieving the remains from the planet. That's what it looks like for me....

Woke and not fun - so yeah, three things then. ..not to mention, and most of you know this, sequels to really great first games are almost always never as good, and most often they are really, really bad. They simply can not recreate that "magic", no matter how hard they try. ..and yes, I played and love the first. One of the best games ever....

After seeing the trailer and the pictures in the Steam page, It looks like the module Amanda separates from the station in the first episode, with the Alien still inside. I could have sworn it would burn up upon entering the gas giant's atmosphere.
