Report a translation problem
right click on the game name in your steam lib, properties then local files.
if that doesn't fix it, maybe a bad save, you may want to do a bug report,
you need to create an account
https://support.baldursgate.com/projects/pst-ee-public-bugs/issues?set_filter=1&tracker_id=11
but zip your save up
C:\Users\your username\Documents\Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition
and upload the save. maybe then the devs could take a look and see what went wrong and if the save could be saved in some way. or at least prevent it from happening again, once the next patch is due.
that would be my advice.
You can also zip your save in a thread in https://forums.beamdog.com/categories/troubleshooting - the QA team may have a look and help you.
