Take a handbill to Scofflaw Penn at the Print Shop to be printed:
· Talk to Glitspur about jobs and he'll assign you this quest. He's in the Lower Ward, near the Marketplace building.
· Penn's shop is in the north-east portion of the Lower Ward, go there and give him the handbill.
Then next step
Take a message to Keldor of Durian at the foundry:
· After delivering the handbill to Penn, return to Glitspur and ask about more jobs.
· Keldor is in the auditory inside the Godsmen Foundry, go up to him and deliver the message.

Real ****ty situation here as I have spend almost 19 hours on this game only to be soft-locked into a dead end.
Either way, thanks for all help.
I just checked to see if I had any saves near there but my saves are all in the Fortress of Regret.
Sorry cant be of more help.
I appreciate the effort, my man.
Guess there's no helping this. I'll just uninstall this broken game and maybe I'll try another tun a few years from now.
I have found it and went to the linguist, but haven't completed this side quest already. I'll give it a try, thanks!
I completed the dodecohedron side quest and found Finam's book at the brothel, but nothing about a receipt. I can't even find way to give the book to the linguist, when I talk to him he simply dismisses me and the dialogue ends.
It worked. I found the legacy, went to the advocate and then got the receipt for the Foundry. Thank you so much!
But damn, I knew this game won't hold your hand like Skyrim, but still... to have the way into the next area be hidden away in a side-quest like that. Wouldn't want to play this game without back-up.
