Gardener ? (solved)

Hello all . I have played around 16 hours now , have a full group , and running around side questing . The last two zones I have opened up for , is the Lower Wards and the Clergy area just south of it .
I have been everywhere , I have no idea how many times . The quest says I have to find a gardener somewhere in the Hive , but ........
I did find one merchant , but he wasn´t the gardener . Obviously there is an NPC that I have missed somewhere . I have tried merchants , both inside buildings , and outside . I have tried names NPC´s inside buildings as well as outside .
Anyone know where I can find the gardener ?

The only gardener I can think of is Mourns-for-trees, who should be located near the Smoldering Corpse Bar.

I am utterly blind . I have passed by that NPC half a million times .
