I killed all Dead Nations and exchanged maria's skull for morte
But kinda forgoten to loot the dead nations key to silent king tombs due to lack of inventory. And now can't figure how to get it now. Am I screwed ? Is there any way to get it even by cheats ? I'm suposed to get inside and tell rats king about it but now i'm stuck...

It's ok it's not important, and you never need to see the silent king. But yes you might be locked out of the rat side of that questline now. I haven't done it to know personally. But the point of those questlines is just to be able to progress deeper in the catacombs and get the bronze sphere for pharod. If you already got into the lower ward and got morte taken, you are already past the point where you need to do anything in the dead nations or warrens of thought.

As far as the main story goes you're free to explore the lower ward and clerk's ward, and that's where you'll be continuing the main story. If you haven't yet, talking to lothar and all of his skulls might point you to the next destination.

You'll miss out on one scene by not seeing the silent king, but you already missed a lot by killing the dead nations anyway, and that's kind of how these games go: You don't really see everything in one playthrough. So maybe if you play the game in the future you can try to play that part of the game differently.
