Mordon Maze Portal Lens reset everything in Sigil

After aquiring Nordom and using the portal lens to go back to Sigil it reset everything in the entire game world. Fog of war covers every area and NPC's are back where they were before I interacted with them. Pestle Kiln is even combined again and I can't re-purchase the thing I separated him with. There's even two Dak'kon's if I go back to the Smoldering Corpse Bar.

Anybody else have this happen?

No, definitely not supposed to happen and certainly didn't happen to me, as I tend to use the cube very often as a shortcut and resting place. Maybe report it and attach your savegame?

Huh alright. I did it right before going to see Ravel so it wasn't a huge deal but it definitely freaked me out seeing two Dakkons and two Fall From Grace's and two Ignus's.

Yes, just happened to me except I hadn't finished in the foundry and the gate is locked and the guard says "Yes sir, go right in" but I CAN'T. So my game is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I love the game but Beamdog really did a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job, constant crashes and glitches, I had to restart the game because Fall-from-Grace wouldn't talk to me once, random crashes when leaving areas, and the fact that the canon room in the foundry is re-broken even though Qwinn fixed the NPC interaction and movements in that room with his pack. Wow. And they charge a premium for this jank...

Happens to me too. I'm just gonna have to skip the Modron Maze entirely ,I suppose.

The problem was solved for me by using this one:

Unfortunately, it will require you to reload a save from before you went into the Modron Maze, as the saves after that point are pretty much boned. Should work with vanilla or UB modded versions. Hope it helps.
