escaping the dustmen temple without killing anyone

So at some point in the original game I thought there was some sort of acheivement for escaping the dustment temple when you first wake up without killing anyone zombies or dustmen - doesn't seem to be listed in the achevement guides however. Was this removed - did it never exist? I was never able to do it before...Thanks!

You can't escape from the mortuary without at least killing the zombie who has the key for the door you need to escape through at the start.

Yeah but I thought if you could get out without killing anyone else something happened ah well my memory may be wrong.

The original game never had achievements.
