Can the Nameless One obtain armor?

I've made it as far as The Clerk's Ward and haven't encountered a single piece of armor that fits TNO yet. There's the Dustman disguise, but that doesn't count. Even Goncalves the Tailor only has armor for Annah. It just seems odd that after so many hours I haven't even found basic leather armor yet. Will I eventually get some armor, or am I doomed to wear a loincloth and bone harness for all eternity?

Mostly there isn't any actual armor TNO can wear, not visually at least. I find it strange considering you see others in the game wearing armor on themselves. My guess is that since TNO is immortal there would not be too much of a need to wear armor like others, but even then it still doesn't make too much sense. I guess it is also somewhat a matter of comfort as well.

However, you can wear intestines at some point later on. xD

It was a design choice as the real devs wanted Nameless to stand out and covering him with armor countered that goal.

If you take Oom into your group, you can use him as a fighter or wear him as very good armor.

Dang, that's a bummer. I was hoping to deck out TNO in some sweet gear. Good thing I have god-like dexterity, I suppose.

Wait, my intestines can be worn as armor? How bizarre. I already left them on the ground in the same room where they were removed...
