Showing map Coordinates?

So this is my first time playing and the guide I'm reading says pressing "L" will show the coordinates where my cursor is placed, but I have absolutely no clue where they are being shown. Any help would be nice thx.

Edit: I was wrong.
The coordinates are shown by X
and they no longer require the dialogue window.
L actually loads the last quick save.

The location messages appear in the Combat Log, which you can open with a button in the bottom right of the screen. The messages also appear on-screen, but only did so after I opened the Combat Log for the first time. Once they started appearing I was able to close the log window and it continued to work.
