d3d feature level 11.0 error
I have found out that my graphics card can not run DX 11, but i want to play this game, and don't have enough money to get a new graphics card, is there not a way you can allow players to launch it in DX 10 or below?

You can't just force an older API to work, that requires the dev to nearly completely redo their code for that API and I doubt they can do that nor are they willing to put the resources. Nowadays doing DX9/10 is near like supporting your game on windows XP. There are intel HD iGPU that support DX11 lol.

Although getting a new graphics card could result in needing a new motherboard since my pc is 8 years old, and then i might just end up with a completely new pc, and i dont know how to install graphics cards and other stuff (and im british so i have no idea what that $10-30 transferes to)

Nope, that only CPU or RAM (if the mobo or CPU doesn't support DDR3/4). GPU can work fine as along as its PCIE, and it probably will if you have a mobo from a decade or more. GPU and RAM are the easiest to slot in. But if you need more power or needs more connectors and your power supply is lower than the GPU needed, then you need to get a new one and changing power supply and cpu is basically near equivalent to changing the entire PC, but there are GPUs that just slot in without any hassle like the 1030, 750ti, 1050, etc.
