banned account for 31 days, but why ???

Hello guys, i’ve been banned for 31 days for no reason ? With my friends we got trolled maybe 4 or 5 games by the same 4 guys premade who killed us at the beginning of the game. And after that the ban was up i don’t understand why ? please answer 1 month is soooo long

I always play with him, we play deceit because it’s one of the most unique game at the moment, we faced 3 ranked game where we go troll by a premade of 3 people, we got angry about it but it was them who were actually ruinning the game. And the day after my friend connect himself, and notice that he is banned for 1 month, how unfair is that ??

We are always friendly on the chat, we bring a good atmosphere and a lot of fun trust me, we’ve been playing the game since december 2017 and never anything like this happened.

And then he get banned and no reason shows up ?

I mean this feels pretty rude considering that in other game like League of Legend, Overwatch or any other, you receive warning first, i think here a warning would be better because what if it’s this premade that reported him ? How unfair.

Because this system could be abused really easily, someone could be reported, you could check chat and audio record :

He never insult, he never flame, or anything else.

well guessing by the fact you are playing together makes me suspect your actually cheating and telling each other who is infected etc to try and win see it all the time with premade matches so if you been cheating in game you deserve the ban

We just leave the discord chat when we play, whats the point of telling ohey he's infected or not ? We want to play not "cheat" like this it's not fun lol

Funny you mention that now so that is clearly what you done and got caught doing it.
Fun or not people do it and I suspect that’s what you done to warrant the amount of reports you received to get you banned

And the fact you say you always play the game with him of course your going to rubbish any claim on here

Next time don’t play on discord together and cheat to get wins then you won’t get your friend banned. Glad the developers are actually banning people for the use of discord cheating now about time hopefully they start giving out permanent bans soon

There should be a list of reasons for which you get banned, shorter ban periods that stack up (like in CS:GO for example) and warnings as well.
Also how does the game detect whether or not you are using Disocrd? Some suspicious process running in the background perhaps?
