Game Crashes/Freezes Every Match

My friend is encountering freezes (lasting about 40 seconds) or crashes during every match. After the patch, the game functioned fine for about two days of play. This evening, however, the game began crashing regularly as it had since release. The game becomes entirely unresponsive during this time. No errors are being logged by the game, and this appears to be a problem that only happens with Deceit.

I have tried almost everything: clean Windows installation, clean driver installation, hardware temp monitoring, resource monitoring, malware scans, disabling non-essential services.

The only thing that I have to go on is that Windows event viewer once picked up a DX11 failure roughly during the Deceit freeze timeframe. I have done a clean Windows install since then, and DX11 troubleshooting and Dxdiag with no promising results.

Specs: Nvidia GTX 960, AMD FX-6300 @ 3.5 ghz, 16 GB DD3 Ram, 256gb Crucial SSD.

the last couple hours have been bad, crashes, & disconnects every few games. I would say that I have issues in 30-40% of the games I play. Is the game peer to peer?

the developers are aware of this problem but they do not care, I already sent several emails and requests and I was totally ignored at all. Give up this game like me
