It also has functional fields that change the sheet for completed NRCs and PMCs. It also has a column for respawn cycles so you can see how much energy after X many respawns (rather than time in hours) as well as time in hours and minutes. It also has a small section where you can input whatever cycle you want and see how much energy you get. It doesn't have the time multiplier for CPCs but you can add
(1-[chosen field for CPC done here]/100)
on the end of all the times to get an approximate adjustment.
