Edit 2: I think I'll delete this thread-- although putting in more current VLC and youtube-dl fixes VHS Tape playback, I am no longer able to run cartridges at all. I tried all this on a clean install of Windows 11. Edit: Nevermind, the youtube-dl reports it can't find the MSVC DLL when trying to play a movie, I'll try to track it down and report back I just did a clean reinstall and had the problem where it was just stopping with empty logs without launching. I realize you have been working on another game that you recently released. I disappeared from this forum (and stopped playing the game) for a long time hoping for a few of the features I requested back in August 2016 such as "clean arcade" and a second level with more arcade machines. I know you were also working on laser tag for NRA:N at one time. Just curious if development for this game will kick into high gear sometime in the near future, or is it stalled / dead?
