How to change language on a Mac?

I'm brand new to Steam, trying to play this game in Spanish, but don't know how. In the Steam general interface, Steam->Preferences->Interface, I can set it to Spanish and after it restarts, most of the Steam prompts are in Spanish.

But when I play the game, it's still in English. Don't see any options within the game itself to set the language. So, I tried right clicing on the game in Steam and choosing Properties, but there's no language tab or any other language related options, just General, Updates, Local Files and Betas.

There's a guide on mixing different languages for audio and subtitles (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=249515698) and it seems to suggest that when you change the language in Steam it'll somehow magically re-download certain files, but I haven't seen that.

The Steam Language Settings How-To (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8487-WSCN-4121) also suggests there should be a Language tab in Properties, but it's not there.

So how do I change the language? Do I have to re-download the game completely with the interface in Spanish instead of English? But I don't see any options to re-download ...

Hello Vangoghjoe,
If your mac is set up in English, the game will be launched in English automatically. The game detects your MAC language.
Try to go to your settings and change the language and region for Spanish and Spain. Reboot your mac and re-launche the game.
There is no other way to change the language for the mac version
