Syberia 1, 2 and 3 not working with Mac M1 Monterey

I bought all 3 chapters today.
Syberia I & II freeze on the initial screen, Syberia 3 gives error 4294956486.
My system is a macbook air m1 with Monterey.

I can confirm it also won't work on Intel macs with Monterrey. Same problem with freezing on the initial screen.

I updated to Ventura and it still doesn't work! Don't freaking list a game as working for mac if it just plain doesn't work on mac! This is false advertising!
