Tutorial. Almost nothing is happening.
I am on the first tutorial, with the introduction to Galganna. It says to left click when ready. I left click. Nothing happens.

I right click, and this little leaf this guy is holding shifts over a little bit, then shifts back into place.

That is all that seems to be happening.

What am I missing?

Progress of a sort. Rather than left clicking, I had to type X to make something happen.

At this point I was suddenly able to move a guy around by clicking my mouse. Cool!

Now it says "sacrifice your barley to continue."

And my guy put a leaf on the altar, that seems good.

But there's a "click X" symbol on the other space for a leaf. And typing X does nothing.

What am I missing?

Oh. I use the arrow keys to move the other character on the screen.

There is nothing on the screen, at all, to indicate that the arrow keys should be used. Just some (rather cryptic) icons on the left which tell me to use the mouse in some fashion.

What am I missing?

The game is early access, they've got the gameplay down pretty well but they've got a lot of work to put into the interface and such. Supporting more controllers, adding settings, streamlining the tutorial, etc.

When I play with the keyboard I think the X,C,V, or something are the keys you use to play, I usually have to mess around to remember though, I try to stick to my gamepad, but it's buttons are different than what the game suggests too.

Aha--I think I see what happened here. You seem to have joined the tutorial with both a mouse and a keyboard player active, which meant that you weren't able to progress through the tutorial card until both had confirmed--this is why you had to both click and also hit 'x' to progress. I can see how that would be very confusing if you didn't realize the keyboard player was active--it's something we'll look into the UI design of.

Thanks for the feedback, seeing where points of confusion are really help us streamline this game!
