Every Outpatient can request a key after chatting and hanging around the community for a while. Some people gained the rank in just a couple of days, so it's not like you have to kill someone (just a bit of self-mutilation).

On top of that, it's already becoming one of the most fun communities to discuss adventure games and horror movies. You should be there as fans of Scratches, anyway.

Where? I've been in their Discord for about 6 months and I've never seen any way to get a key.

Could You simply unlock the Game for normal Purchase, please? I dont't want to join Your Discord Server only for adding the Game to my Library. Even if I could get a Key for free, it's simply not worth it. I rather would pay about 5 or 8 Dollars than joining Your Discord Server. Sorry, but that's how it is.

You just said what I wanted. I fully support you. I really liked the game, and I would love to play it again, but I don't want to join it at all, I would rather pay.

Folks, this has been addressed multiple times:

- Scratches can't be sold due to legal reasons.
- If it was up to me, the game would be in public domain by now (free everywhere).
- Go ahead and get it from www.archive.org -- I don't mind it myself.
- If you want to have the game on Steam, there's a limited amount of keys available and distributing them through Discord was the best and most fair solution we could come up with.

Bottom line is:

Scratches can't be purchased digitally anywhere. If you're paying for a digital version of Scratches, you're being scammed.

For crying out loud, someone reported this post for containing "misleading advertisements" 🙄

We're trying to do the best we can to keep Scratches alive. Other devs or publishers wouldn't even dream to go through all this hassle and just let the game fade into oblivion. Please, give us a break.

Je ne suis pas sur discord, mais il n'y aurait pas moyen d'avoir une clé surtout que j'avais acheté la boite à l'époque mais j'aimerais vraiment bcp le refaire ? Ce qui ne m'empêcherait pas de le racheter aussi s'il fini par revenir sur "steam" .

I used to have this on disk and continuously curse the day it "disappeared" 2 laptops ago. I, like so many others have had it on a wishlist for years, but now that I've read AgustinCordes' replies on this thread, I understand. I have to join something that I don't want to in order to have a chance to obtain the game once more, OR I can beg here pathetically? Fine...I love the game enough and I'm not that proud. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, are there any keys left, please, please, please, can I have one if there are? Plllllleeeeaaaasssseee. Whew, okay...so, are there any keys left and if so, may I have one please?
