Constant Crashing. This game is nearly unplayable
First sword swing at the mushroom in the first battle crashes the game immediately to desktop... What is going to be done about this?

There's always somebody that's gotta come along and say, "it works just fine for me!"

lol

I just tried to start it on Windows 10 and no joy.

Changed compatibility to Win7 and Run as Admin - no joy.

Changed compatibility to Vista and Run as Admin - no joy.

Uninstalled.

Next up!

You suffer you poor hapless old version of Winders user!

I normally run OS X but do reboot to a lesser operating system (Win10) for some games. :D

Actually, I do run XP and Win7 in virtual machines on OS X for certain less demanding games and that works quite well also. It just depends on the game. I wouldn't do that with anything newer though.

Yeah, I probably should have tried XP compatibility mode before uninstalling but oh, well. So many games, so little time. I might do that though and give it a shot in the Win7 virtual machine. It may do fine there. I did actually fire it up briefly in the past in Win7 and it was fine then. So maybe I'll get to play this plus Dungeons & Donuts yet. lol

I just got done playing the game and it only crashed with 5 hours or more play sessions (In total - about 2-3 times throughout the entire campaign). I didn't change any of the settings or compatibilities. The game is running on Win7 Home 64-bit. I actually enjoyed this fun little game and I hope you too, once you get it to run. As a reminder, save often regardless. :D

Why is it people who play on beta software complain about other things crash on it...

You do realize the game was never designed to run on Win 10, really wait a year then upgrade to the next buggy win software...

Almost nothing out now was designed to run on Windows 10. So what? Do we hide our entire libraries of games and just start over? Oh, and Windows 10 is release not beta software.

Why is it people complain about stuff that does not concern them?

lol

Fair enough. You do have a point there.
