2x SPEED OPTION?
I'm enjoying the game, but it's lacking in the fluency department. Solitaires (for skilled people at them such as myself) are fast games. It's not fun to wait for so long whenever you pick a new card from your deck as the enemies pick theirs then attack. When you have to pick several cards from your deck in a row, the wait times can be a bit of a turn off.

Just a 2x speed option would make the game really enjoyable for expert solitaire players. The idea of the game is pretty fun, just need to polish it a bit.

Thanks for the feedback. We can definitely look at this.

My thoughts exactly. I love the game but the pauses after you click on the pile to draw a new card to when you both see the new card and the resulting monster attack can be painful.

i just wanted to add before buying this game i saw a review, and the reviewer noted after getting used to the game, that the animations were annoying and the game felt slow (exactly what the OP said). upon buying the game and playing it for literally 12 hours (i need a life), the animations and game do feel slow now since im so used to certain things.

dragnix is the youtube review i watched by the way.

Agree here as well, the animations do get fairly repetitive after playing through so many times. An option to skip animations entirely would be welcome as well.

Yeh. you would think solitaire is a slow game, but I realized how fast I play a round in other games when I started this. Good game, like playing, but it does feel quite slow.

Well, at least I hope developer will add some kind patch as soon as possible cause I really want to beat the game. It's pretty fun but I'll stop playing until some options come and make it a perfect experience according to my likes.

Yeah, a possibility to speed it up a little would be great

Would like this too. A button on the UI to change speed 2x,3x..

THIS

Almost unbearable how slow the animations make this game

Bump.

This is coming 100%. We are prioritizing the few remaining bug fixes highest, followed by quality of life stuff like this. Hang in there, shouldn't be too long! :)

Yay! I've been waiting to play it until a 2x speed option is added. Glad you're working on it.

Great news. Itching to spend hours clearing decks.

We've just updated the game to include this feature! There's a new checkbox in the settings screen called "Fast Animation", let us know what you think!

It's surprisingly fast to play within the actual fights. Great work!

I'd still like an option to get rid of / speed up the fluff outside of the fights. Mainly the slow animation of the next card hopping forward to reveal the next enemy.
