Will existing owners of Inexistence get the Rebirth Version complementary? Or will it be a seperate game completely with a new cost?

Hi ! I have a problem, a big one. When I start the game, everything is ok, but when I want to get out from the first house, my screen just show the background (cloud, sky, trees), and noting else. I can't play. Anybody know how repair that ? Thx

i know that i have taken all the 7 puzzle pieces, revisited all locations and no piece there. But still have 6/7 :( anyone else encountered this ?
