This problem luckily wasn't in the original game, that i played many times. : D
Me not, i have a 360 pad but isn't plugged in this moment
But you have to set it to 110, 120 fps the game is not fluid at 130 fps the problem reoccurs
I'm mouse+keyboard and it happens with me. I'm beginning to get the feeling it's to do with behind the scenes loading when changing areas. Moving or hitting doesn't always bring it back to life for me - It becomes a side-scroller for a second or 2 before springing back to life. Annoying, but thankfully not died in any big battles due to it... yet !!
How do you cap the FPS ?
If I enter aim mode I can still look around, but the standard camera won't pan at all.
Nvidia GTX760.
I use MSI afterburner (rivatuner). Problem persists even at 60fps though.
