In Bastion you can choose to just restart everything, but also to simply fly away on the Bastion and leave most of the world you know destroyed
In Transistor the city is doomed, with nobody left inside, and Red commits "suicide"
In Pyre the Rites completely stop and the revolution more or les violently succeeds, meaning if the Rites ever start again, the characters will be no more than legend, just as the Scribes were
Also, making a sequel means there will be people comparing it to the first game, which is pretty risky (there're already enough people giving Pyre negative reviews because it's too different from Bastion and Transistor).
"Rise and fall of Oralech", hey, I'd play that.
Their games are all way different, in their gameplay and even in their narrative. I'm sure with enough time and if they find it interesting, a strategy RPG wouldn't be a problem, and would also have great characters and story.
yes Oralech! a DLC or an entire prequel. could even have different gameplay. do not care. would buy!
As for Pyre, I was a bit bummed by how few times we got to do vocations. I would have liked to do them like 3 to 10 times as much as that.
Knowing more about the sahrian union, the races before its downfall, the scribes and the downside in the old days would be great Though I wanna see this in a different medium, like on a hard cover physical copy of the book of rites with all the illustration and more
It would be cool to have more of this universe but it would be cooler to see another "supergiant game" in some years instead of more pyre. still a cool thing to await in a distant future regardless!
The fight against Yslach, when it inevitably awakens once more, could be interesting as well, but it just sounds like a smaller version of the other idea I mentioned.
