Where's the cat fur? I have absolutely no problem finding the opium, but I have no idea what the cat fur would look like or where it would be seeing as I can't just rip a cat's fur out

Nevermind, I found it. For anyone else who needs help with this, it's RNG, a cat will randomly sit down to lick itself and flash green eyes, and you have to run up to it.
