How do you control the ladder/outriggers?

I think the outriggers are the ¬ key

Hit "G" key to enter ladder view then to extend outriggers use "<" to extend and ">" to retract.

Hit "G" key then use WASD the QE, that is for PC (NOT SURE ABOUT MAC) some of the ladders and towers are opposite, so with the ladder it might be S to raise, but with the tower or Hook & Ladder it might be W to raise.
