I get into the app selct an avatar ok, get through the controls test and then when it lets me into the world all I get is the sound where I hear others speaking and the big white steam vr room to look at....Help

I would like to try this with my vive but it always crash at the scene with the blue laser, cant get past that... what should I try ?

I have installed SurrealVR and first time test was okie. But now it show nothing but circuit alike ground and cant play that game anymore. I've tried by clear caches and restarted my computer several time but still cant access game. Can anyone help pls? PS. Playing other games are fine....
