Galaxy II level 10. cant do level without hiting asteroids

Hey there, just fired this up again after years and years, and it looks like "collect ten dust" isn't triggering.

I was expecting that Dust Hoarder is an achievement you get if you collect all dust thoughout the game. I have finished the game, collected every piece of dust on my way to the end but achievement hasn't unlocked. So I imagine the requirements are different or it is a bug. Any more info on that achievement? Also how do you get the abducted by aliens achievement?...
