Plus in coop the people tipically want stealth not take a tank or something else.All weapons is already enough need only a sniper rifle and launcher grenade and still can find it on the game too.Too for the mags or other things = not a pay to win at all because can find it too.
About loot crate, again, if you not want support, just not play or buy the game or loot crate, but if you cant accept other want support, and want prevent it, is unacceptable or who is interested for buyng these crates because know the risk.For who not know the risk about morals and is impulsive is individual problem not ubisoft problem.This battle is useless.
I write this for other guy for understand the situation not for convince you :) relax ;)

I have checked out all the vehicles I can call with the few "loot crates!!" I bought. Despite the varied handling & speeds they are all about equal and if you are rushing to a site/convoy too quickly - the game will slow you down. It is built in. The Inca/Trophy vehicle is an advantage for mountain climbing but will float and bounce uncharacteristically if you make too much progress too fast, same as any vehicle and same since September 2017.
The evil "!loot!crate!" weapons are for fun and looks, if you take your suppressors off and buck up the handling or the accuracies - ALL the regular weapons ALWAYS outshine the 'reward' types.
The Dessert Tech is an advantage depending on your evolving game styles and it is available to any and all if you wish to persist to higher levels. The shine is wearing off the Dessert Tech - is slow, and is not always 1 shot.
You want define - what is 'hard ax' & no advantages? Just start a new character and turn everything off and take no skills whatsoever. I am not tempted in the least to use my drone, rebels, mini map and only acquire larger magazines by luck. No jump skills, no ammo skills, no vehicle dmg skills/bonuses, etc. Chalk isteap - do it!!
Tier 8, convoys is all I got left, same as before starting Tier level. Working on a lighter touch to try and bring home more full convoys.
Resources are spent here on philosophies and hypothetics, check it out, it is all cosmetic - tried, tested and true.
Not all people need advantage in the story and not really needed for end the story at all.
I am here to say I am enjoying the game so much more now the harder it gets, downloaded the music & learning to play it, working out more as well. I use games for mental capacities they may enhance & develop. Like a conversation that seems pointless, it still allows me to injecterject my thoughts, progress and appreciations of training diff styles in game. To review and retry the tactics and weapons in diff variations mixing styles is a lot of what I think is great about this game.
Crates is not buy to win, and if any person is going to tell me they started this game off at the very hardest with no hud, etc, you either need to try other games cause you got this down, or lots of talk.

Yeti Hunter special outfit; 10-12 vehicles - Inca Car, plane and "Purple Haze" sports car, 2 big helos, etc; and the TIGER, Elite and Dragon Camo; some weaps like the mk249 usa, spas12 secutor, etc.
The Tiger camo? - On my back, bristling by, beguilingly begging, blast the bajeezus, and brave on.
As an adhd person the tiger camo is a cheat - the visuals enhance my game play :) And that is one thing I will do across all characters is change my camo in mid field (I am excited and forget at load out time.)
No disrespect to any, I am well over 60 but a kid. I think the communities and pps here are great!!
I am having a real great time and hope that continues.
