I really like the gun. When you do the bullet climax she sends it bouncing towards all enemies and in the meantime she gets to use her punches, just like when Dance throws his sword in Devil May Cry. Also, while the gun doesn't do a lot of damage it has great "poise" damage, so you can stun-lock enemies with ease. In fact when you combine it with Sergey's Lover (the item that summons copies of Bayo) you can stun-lock the incredibly annoying Gracious and Glorious, which is neat!
Hard to say... for me it was the 7th LP I got which gave me the related achievement, and here on Steam only 3.3% of people have it....
Of course you can also get your 7th LP by finishing the game on hard, and that one has a 3% ratio so my guess is around that percentage of people got Sai Fung
