Climax brace doesn't unlock

i've a problem, i get all tears of blood and i don't owned the climax brace, that's a bug? it's very frustrating cuz i was playing many hours for nothing, i need help pllz

that's exatcly the problem, there's not climax brace at gates of hell, i can't unlock it,i don't not why

Are you sure you're loading the correct save game that you've found all the crows with?

yes, and i ask you, what happen if you catch all crows? i mean, you enter to hells of gates and he say: hey you unlock new ♥♥♥♥ or something like this?
to unlock climax brace i need to complete the game again? cuz i catch the crows in not lineal levels i mean, i skip some mission to catch the crows

I've never caught all of them, so I have no personal experience. It's either Rodin drops a speech or he doesn't and the accessory just appears in the shop for purchase.
You shouldn't need to replay the game again. As long as all the crows are caught within the same save file, it doesn't matter if you caught them by replaying chapters.
Can you see how many crows you've caught if you load in the game? It's in the File section of the menu -> Rarities -> Umbran Tears of Blood.
