Sticking around and working on higher difficulty modes will force you to find new, split second strategies. If you expend the time, eventually you'll see why this game has the following that it does. There's a deep system here that takes time to master.
I'd like to switch to PC, but I'm not seeing a way to change controls, so I'm sticking with the small screen for now. Really hope they tuned up the game to be a bit more playable in the sequel, because the problems this game have really do kinda sour the experience for me.
I'm on Stage 10, and haven't HAD to go back and do anything I didn't want to do. I was going for one-life clears at first but I've given up on that at this point, I'll take the Stone Rewards, just roll the credits so I can play something else please (but it's been fun, thank you)
Oddly, though the music is okay in short bursts, I've taken to just turning the in-game music off and playing Spotify tunes on a Bluetooth speaker. Works better for me.
