Proper PlayStation 4 Button prompts mod now available

First off I gotta thank steam user Makise Kurisu for their PS3 prompts mod which helped me massively to identify the necessary game files having the button prompts.

So what is the difference between my mod and the other DS4 button mod that is linked in the above thread ?

My mod uses the PS4 version's prompts itself and supports all the UI languages that the game supports. even the controller only instruction messages that is displayed for showing how to operate or control some objects in game at certain points of the story all will show the Dualshock 4 controller as well.

All of this ensures there is an near 1:1 conversion of the PC version's Xbox button prompts to Dualshock 4 equivalent ones.


There is still one drawback with this mod which is the mini controller that is displayed during some of the tutorial sections.
It will still show the Xbox controller with the Dualshock face buttons and this unfortunately cannot be fixed without touching the exe code. it is out of my scope for an otherwise simple texture mod.

Even with this one drawback, I still feel this mod should be perfect enough for anyone playing this game with a PS4 controller.

yo this is straight up fire, i was already playing it with the 360 button prompts as usual with these older games but i always prefer having the option to get the correct prompts, tysm for doing this bro :)
