Immortal Marionette?
It says to unlock, Clear Very Easy or Easy mode.
I finished all the chapters for the first time in normal, then in the same game complete each chapter changing the difficulty to very easy, and it is not unlocked. Should I start a new game, or what should I do?

Did you check the Gates of Hell? When it unlocks, you have to buy it at the shop afterwards. Check your Play History to see if you missed any chapters on Very Easy just to be sure.

Yes, I checked it. the last 3 accessories are still blocked. And in history it shows all the levels completed with a trophy, including vestibule and prologue.

I already solved it. It appears in the store if I change the game to hard. Thank you.
