how can i transform .....?

Transform into a cat or something again on keyboard?
i'm in a corridor where i assume need to activate 3 red platforms very fast to unlock a metal door ahead;
i suppose i need to transform into a beast to go faster but iforgot how you do that...

come someone remind me how you do it?

why is that the transform only last only 0.5 sec? how to remain in animal form?

You have to keep running to stay in panther form. Any time you stop running, you'll change back. You also change back if you dodge.
