According to SteamDB this game only had discount at release date and since then there were no more discounts.

I guess discount will happen sometime later.

For this past Summer Sale, it was $5 off, which is a 25% discount, on June 24th.

It was $14.99 during the Summer Sale as mentioned above...not low enough for me considering I also want Vanquish.
